Customer Care Issue

I love your products. I placed the order on 8/6. I wasn't sure if the order was processed as I didn't receive any purchase confirmation. I called your shop a week after I placed the order to confirm if order was processed and the woman I talked to never called me back. It wasn't until I got my credit card statement that I saw the charge of $105. I called on 8/26 and asked again about my order which Heather confirmed and was told the hat was just coming out of production and hat would be shipped next Tues.
