Shipping Policies and Procedures

We make every effort to ship hats in stock within 2 - 4 days of receipt Monday thru Friday, pending your hat's availability. You'll be notified if merchandise is currently unavailable and when we expect to be able to ship. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped together. 

Continental United States
For all orders shipped in the continental United States (This does not apply to Bulk Orders), shipping will range from $9.95 - 26.00 for ground shipping. You may purchase expedited shipping methods such as 2-day, overnight, etc. For this option, please call 1-800-972-2116.  Expedited Shipping does not apply to Bulk Orders.

Alaska & Hawaii
Shipping will be a flat rate of $9.95 - 26.00. We ship USPS Standard Mail. You may purchase freight from other carriers at the prevailing rate. Please call 1-800-972-2116 to make arrangements.

APO & FPO Addresses
These orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Cost ranges from $9.95 - 26.00. Expedited shipping is not available.

Canada & Mexico
Please email us with the address you want to ship to and the item you are inquiring about. We will let you know shipping carrier available and cost.

Other Overseas Addresses
Please email us with the address you want to ship to and the item you are inquiring about. We will let you know shipping carrier available and cost.

Tracking Information
Most packages will be delivered with No Signature Required upon Delivery. However, more valuable goods will require a Signature Upon Delivery.
