Received the wrong hat

I ordered a black hat with a pink hat band for my daughter for Christmas. I received a cotton candy pink hat after Christmas . I called and was told the correct hat would be sent out right away. I have yet to receive the hat I ordered. I’ve sent a couple emails requesting a tracking number and an update and have not gotten a response. I gave a 2 star instead of 1 because I did receive an actual call within minutes of sending an email stating I got the wrong hat. But my daughter still has no Christmas present…
