Love our hats, exactly what we wanted

Almost not quite

I had sent pics to ask if the shape of the hat would be close to my pic. I was contacted via email that they could shape it exactly like this ... I was so so excited but the hat came pretty much like what I had seen in the advertised photo so I was not impressed and disappointed. I will now need to now find a hat store that may be able to help me with the shape I was wanting.
