Very nice hat

I was very pleased with the hat. I want to share I had a small issue with the wrong size being shipped but customer service was phenomenal at getting it corrected.

But i would give a 2 on price. Hat looked good to small

charged $155.00 for the hat total $26.00 shipping and $9.60 for tax. they charged 15% restock fee and my refund was $111.50. you shouldn't charge 15% on shipping and tax. will never order here again.

Hat is way too small...miss marked! Quality not what i wanted!
In the last week, I got no response to my email sent thru your website! Likewise, I have made several calls to the phone# you provided, and forced to leave multi messages, which go no response either! Tell me how to return and receive a credit....ASAP....
