I love all the Atwood palm hats, I live in them. But the comfort sweatband is terrible. No cowboy wants a spongy soft band In their hat. Real leather sweatbands are the only way it's going to work, and stay on your head while riding a horse!

When inquiring about the shipping date, I was greeted rudely by person answering the phone. This person seemed to have better things to do than helping me with my questions. Service and helpfulness is key in business.
