11) A small bow is sewn into the hat to let the wearer recognize the back of hat instantly.

12) The Sweatband Tacker sews the leather sweatband into the hat.

13) The Rounding Jack is used to cut the brim uniformly.

14) Creasing the hat is done by hand with lots of steam. When the felt is steamed it becomes soft (like butter left out of the refrigerator) and the creasing is done while the hat is soft.
